Credit Card Fees

Oasis at Palm Cove does not charge clients paying by credit card any credit card fees.

Booking Policy

Deposit of one night required to confirm booking. Balance to be paid on or before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with more than 28 days notice are refundable except for an administration and handling fee of $50.00. Cancellations made with less than 28 days notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made with 7 days or less notice will result in full amount of stay payable.

• Reception Hours: Monday to Saturday: 8:00 am until 6:00 pm, Sunday 9:00 am until 12:00 pm.
• Check In: 2:00 pm Check Out: 10:00 am. Early check in, late arrival and late check out available (depending on availability)
